Warranty period:

All goods are covered by the statutory warranty period. The warranty against any defects in the goods can only be claimed for the duration of the warranty period. The warranty period lasts 24 months (unless otherwise stated) for new goods and begins on the day of payment or receipt of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Taking over the goods from the carrier – checking the shipment:

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If mechanical damage to the packaging of the product is detected, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and, in case of damage, make a record of the damage in the presence of the carrier. The addressee may not accept the shipment. The carrier is responsible for damage during transport, all goods are insured. On the basis of the prepared record, the customer will be provided with a reasonable discount or a new product will be delivered after the conclusion of the damage event with the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer agrees to take it over and confirms that it arrived undamaged due to transport. Later complaints caused by the fault of transport cannot be taken into account, as they cannot be proven. If there is a difference in the amount or type of goods with the data on the invoice, it is necessary to report this situation to the carrier within three or two working days after receipt and at the same time inform the seller by e-mail within this period.

Subject of warranty:

It applies to all obvious and hidden defects of the goods that are not compatible with its functionality, utility and aesthetic properties. The warranty does not apply to parts subject to natural wear and tear and defects caused by transport, inappropriate storage or careless or unprofessional handling.

Defect notification and complaint policy:

The buyer is obliged to notify the seller immediately of any defects he has discovered. The buyer must notify the seller of detected defects in writing at the seller’s address. In the notification, the buyer must state the detected defects (characteristics of how they appear) and must state the claim he is asserting as a result of the defect.

The claims that the buyer can make are as follows:

  • delivery of missing goods
  • delivery of replacement goods
  • a reasonable discount from the purchase price
  • withdrawal from the contract

In all cases, it is necessary to submit at least:

  • proof of payment and delivery of goods
  • own claimed goods
